Quickbooks Integration
MobiBiz provides real-time 2-way integration with Intuit Quickbooks software.
If your organization owns and uses Quickbooks Desktop software for Accounting and Payroll, then follow the steps below to setup integration MobiBiz:
Step 1: Set-up .QWC file in your Quickbooks desktop software.

In this QWC file values of <ownerID> and <FileID> are fixed. Enter your MobiBiz username in the field marked yellow.
Step 2: Open your Quickbook desktop software and then QB WebConnector by clicking on "Update Web Services" under File menu.
Step 3: Click on "Add an Application" button to add webservice and browse QWC file.
Step 4: Insert your Password under "Password" Column in QBConnector.
Step 5: Click on "check-box" button near "Application" column.
Now click on "Update Selected" button to activate WebService.
Your quickbooks connection is now active and data will synchronize automatically to and from MobiBiz every 15 minutes.
Can I have some employees integrated with QB and others not?
If Quickbooks Integration is enabled, then all employees in Quickbooks will be synced in MobiBiz. After the initial sync, you can choose to create new employees in MobiBiz that won’t sync into Quickbooks.
